"The first program will cover the rules and documentation along with stories, photos and relationships of those that lived on government land in the hills north of Chatsworth street," a release read.

A second installment is being held on Nov. 19.

Tuesday's event is being held at 7 p.m. at the Homestead Acre at Chatsworth Park South. 10385 Shadow Oak Drive.
